today was a frustrating day...the kids are crazy nowadays because it is the last week of school. and i started off the school day bad because in 3rd period one of my students was just a pain. there was so much talking and i told them to quiet down...and when they started to, this kid says to a another student to shut the f*** up. so i say his name out loud to warn him...and he says, what? so i say, i think you should shut up now...and he says to me to not to tell him to shut up. and what am i going to do about it...go ahead and call his mom. that made me so furious...i was so mad at him i was shaking. after he said that to me, others in the class were like...you should have just shut up...

that's right, because i very quietly but quickly walked to front of the room. i changed the overhead notes to the next page, told the class to copy it down and as i did that i took out the pre-filled out copy of the referral i had for him. i just needed to put in the reason and date. the class was quite quiet after that...i wrote him up, asked a student to take him to the AP and then continued class. i was snippy with the other students and told them to not make me even more mad than i already was. another student who is usually quite the nuisance said out loud.."biology is my favorite class." err...in hopes of me not completely attacking him. well, the other students understood what i did and why...and tried to make light of it. aiya....what a terrible way to start the day! =T

the rest of the day was fine...but that made me quite upset. i was shaky all day...in hopes of not losing my temper so easily. argh...oh well, tomorrow is a new day and things will be fine. i will have to call the mother tomorrow i suppose...this is crazy.

any good news to report? hmmm....well, you know what? sondre has a new video on his site...i watched it while at tutoring since the connection is good. =) you guys need to watch..it's so funny! first, watch 2-way monologue. that is a cute video...then watch the video for days that are over...hilarious. a spoof on a bunch of tv programs. and other good news...i bought sushi for dinner.

now, back to work and all that good stuff.
