hello people...

well, today was the first day of summer school. omg, 7th graders are sooo cute! i think i like middle school, although like every class we have the smarties, the smartmouths and the slugs...but they are cute. 8th graders on the other hand are not so cute. they are a bit more restless than 7th, but that may be because i have them for math and let me tell you, no one likes math these days...well, science too for that matter.

it's a bit difficult teaching for such a long time, but i'll get used to it...i didn't run out of things to do, however we do need to keep them occupied a lot and i need to be more strict with the math kids...

it was a good day but a tiring one...i came home and slept for about 3 hours after school. preparing for tomorrow...science is easier to prepare and think of fun things to do, but math really is much harder. all i can really do is give them book work and notes. i think summer school will be good =)

in other news, maroon 5 was most excellent! yesterday may have been the best they been live...which is exciting. too bad there were so many kids and teenagers, and parents who completely disregard other concert patrons. the fair was also fun..even though all we did was eat. =) thanks for driving lisa! =)

ok, now i need to email mr. wilmoth and map out what will happen tomorrow in class...tomorrow is friday..hooray. sorry guys, but i can't go out until late friday and i definitely need to come back on friday if we do...because saturday i need to make breakfast for my brother and our stay over guest.

what is everyone doing this weekend? i need to buy some more casual teacher clothes if anyone wants to join.. =)
