sorry kimmy.. =(
guys, i slept in today...until almost 3pm. when we got home at 4am yet again, i took some cough medicine...phenergan w/codeine...whoa. it completely knocked me out, possibly explaining why i didn't wake up for another 10+ hours...crazy.
well, if we decide on the tennis thing, call me...but perhaps in kim's state we should just get crazy drunk. =) i do not oppose intoxication...but i'll let you guys go to the extremities of drunkenness... =)

hey kroopals....well, i will be at tgi's tomorrow...and have reserved another space as well...so anyone who would like to join me in the festivities is more than welcome (kim and kress) =). (seeing as rodel has said no and albert is already going =)). i should be home tomorrow after about 3:30, so, call me!!! =) okie dokie! =) nighty night
NO Cabazon again on Saturday =(
I put you guys on the guestlist for the Knitting Factory in Hollywood just in case you magically want to go clubbin'. Before 11 pm and PAC modern is performing, other than that it's a place to go if we are bored.
Other than that my weekend will stink for fixing our other crappy house in Stanton, tearing it down and rebuilding it without professional help. It sucks.

howdy people...i'm a procrastinating fiend! lol...i should be finished with my curriculum papers...but i am not. i'm barely half done with one and need 3...but once the first is complete, the rest should be easy.
even though it was a half day at school...today seemed to be extremely long. i guess it's because i had to take my father to the doctor and pick up andy and pick up my father and start dinner...by the time that was all done, it was evening.. *sigh* where does the time go... =)
today as i talked to my teachers, we made even more changes...so i am no longer teaching ecology first. hehe, instead i will teach respiration & photosynthesis in 5th while teaching transcription & translation in 3rd...those units should finish at about the same time so after i test on those, i will have both of my bio classes be on the same units...hooray! so...less prep work for me...muahaha. =) thank you to my other master teacher for the suggestion...i'm more happy now...even though i must teach icky respiration. =)
oh and in regards to kim's visit...i actually got to talk to my teacher about it today. he said he was bummed out not being able to speak to kim very much...i told him that she thought he was cool and about how i used the "loud" voice...hehe. he said to tell kim and whomever else visits while i teach to come...cuz obviously i will be teaching and he will sit in the back. so you guys can occupy his attention and he will not notice all the mistakes i may make..hehe.
anyways, he said next time kim or any of you come he will sit down and chat with you more...and while i teach 6th you can sit in his room and talk with him, cuz it's his conference...lol. this was said because i told him that i did not know if it would be a good idea for kim to come and be subjected to obscure whistling in my 6th period..hehe. and for open house, he said for you guys to come early so he could talk with you...lol. crazy nice isn't he...whatever happened to people like that? =)
well, that's all i have to blog about now...notice how i used this blog to delay my work on the curriculum paper...and how i am ending this to go back to the curriculum paper...hehe. =)

hi guys =). kim, congrats =) that's so very great, good luck!
kress, watching you in action is an event, no one is the same teaching as they are in "real life" =)
as far as the weekend...is cabazon still on? tennis definitely...we have to figure something out! =) sunday is superbowl though, so we'll see...ah, and friday, keith...who's going?
okie, i'll be around --later gators =)

Congratulations to our Kimmy!! w00t!! =)
yeah...yesterday was pretty lackluster. today would have been a better day to observe. the kids actually quieted down for the most part and i didn't have to speak as loudly as usual. plus, we played the review game which is fun...more so than the hum-drum usual. biology did pretty well with the review...and i gave life science the option, but they did not want to play the game. instead they worked on their own and then i went over the review at the end. they are still a loud class, but they show more respect than other classes... *ahem* 3rd period *ahem* =) overall, a pretty good day i think...i just hate missing my regular 5th period...cuz they are actually my best class.
yes, i guess my voice was sort of loud...but to the kids, it's no where near loud. it is for me though because i seem to be coughing more due to the strain on my voice and my throat nowadays. my 6th period life sci. thugs were pretty funny while kim was there...they referred to her as my "homegurl" and asked if we "blazed up" together...lol. there was also mild whistling...but i put a stop to that early. kim didn't even look at them...but she still peaked their attention and my teacher did go to talk to her before he left. he would have talked to her more, but it was an odd day...kids came at lunch to study w/ him which hasn't happened before...and he had to leave during 6th instead of staying after school. oh well...i know he would have liked to talk to kim more...he asked what "my friend" thought of the day, but we kept getting interrupted for me to actually respond.
jesus [the TA] for 6th did keep talking to kim...i was going to say something, but jesus is sort of like that...the need to talk to people and not do his work...hehe. just beware..the kids might ask you what my first name is, what car i drive...etc. do not tell them people!! lol.. kim also met some of my 5th kiddies...they are the odd bunch, but funny.
apologies, but next week i will not teach evolution. i have decided to start with ecology...so lots of biomes, biosphere, food chains/webs, competition, community relationships, populations, etc...we're trying to dig up some fun stuff and labs to make it interesting. in 3rd, i'll probably teach about transcription and translation...and in 6th, i think actually it's evolution...but not the same magnitude as biology. anyways...you guys may observe if you like...but you guys make it seem like some sort of event, when i actually don't think i'm all that interesting...hehe.
now, i am off to rest...talk to you guys soon... =)

You're right kimmy, no anatomy anywhere on the schedule of classes.
Yeah I can take a crack at your hair, since I have to give Andy a haircut as well.
Speaking of waking up early, sucks when your parents come in and you still want to sleep in, I have to get up at like 5:30 am to even be on time for crap. It's not good. Have to shift the time for sleeping and waking up, bah, i don't like it.
Classes suck, even in Calculus 3 class, got asked to define what a circle was and the professor kept saying that the answer was wrong but it's funny.

Congrats Kim! I hope they accept you at Western (and the rest of the places you applied, because options are nice). Boo UCSD! Good luck finding an anatomy class to get into. If you do get in then much props, because it's lookin like a mission impossible right now. I know OCC starts classes in February, but I'm sure their anatomy classes are full already.
Time passes so fast. I remember when Kressler was telling us stories about how Mr. Wilmoth was like "oh, another student teacher. Wonder how long this one will last." Now it's nearly time for you to be teaching each day.
Speaking of time flying by... as often as I say the night is young.. the night doesnt live very long. Waking up for a 7:30 class is horrendous when you're used to sleeping late. It's murder on my soul. I dunno how you people do it. I guess there is some human in me after all... so very tired....
Yeah, I need to get a haircut again soon. Wanna take a crack at it roo? I'll dull your scissors! lol. We should make plans for Keith's b-day and tennis this weekend.... fo sheezy....(sorry, listenin to rap right now)
Alright, i'm gonna see if I can sneak myself into some other classes as well ^_^

i boo csulb for not having anatomy in their extension courses!
perhaps the most interesting thing about watching kressler teach today was that for the first time, i heard the LOUD voice. =) it was great to finally to meet mr. wilmoth. now i know why you talk about him all the time. he's totally cool. hopefully next time we'll get to talk more... i can't believe he brought up the vegas pictures O_o
anyhoo, the kids were alright, although, i don't know why jesus was talking to me so much. ah well, next week, i'll REALLY get to see you in action, teaching evolution no less. ;)
other than seeing kress perform, waking up early today had NO merits. yes, anatomy is still closed at gwc, but i will try again next week when classes actually start. i checked out the extension thing but only ucla has anatomy in extension, and i don't even know if it's acceptable. *sigh*
it's 11:37 now. i don't know whether to sleep or study. i don't have an early day, so i could just stay up, but suprisingly, i feel tired and have a headace. darn this conflicting sleep schedule!
oh, finally joined myspace. see, the procrastination has begun...

ooh...presents for me?!? right... =) i'm not present-obsessed, but that's awfully sweet of you dear!! gifts of love & hugs are just as nice, if not better! =)
the price of textbooks...i remember those days. i don't really have to buy them anymore, but when i did, i remember never spending less than like 250 total...even on a light semester/quarter. ho hum...if you want to learn, you must buy into the satanic evils of bookstore monopoly. sure there are those supposed "cheap" off-campus bookstores, but come on...are they that much cheaper? no. although, lots of times i would be a giant nerd...head to the bookstore weeks before the semester/quarter started...looked up my books, wrote down the isbn's and either buy them that day if it wasn't too much or i'd go home and order off ecampus.com, because i liked having stuff delivered to my house and the only reason to do that would be because it's cheaper. i never really liked buying used textbooks either...i'm a new book person, unless it's like a non-science class...then used was fine with me since i'd most likely sell it back. but i'm sure you can tell i like buying freaking books since i've kept my textbooks all through college... =) oh well...that's enough reminiscing...
i'm off to take the cset now. i hope i pass this time...and i did study a bit more than last time. but since i go to school everyday, it's tough to go home and actually study. so much to do!! lesson plans, grading, curriculum papers, etc...3 preps for 3 classes...now that's insanity. every night i will be completely and utterly passed out from all the work that i need to get done. i need to get a crapload done this weekend...especially the curriculum papers for each class because i'd like my teachers to look at them before i give them to the students. ok...off i go now...get together later!! =)

Wow Rodel. That's awfully nice of you since I know how much you want a new racket. Yeah, books are expensive. I had to pay 200 for my ochem..... 2 FRIGGIN HUNDRED! FOR A DAMN BOOK! It comes with a molecular model kit.... AS IF THAT COULD JUSTIFY THE COST! Grubby grubby bookstore bastards.... Cant even make a buckminsterfullerene molecule with the stupid kit....... *grumble grumble*
Oh yeah, where'd you get that battery charger? =)
Btw, It turns out I'm free for tennis on Saturday if anyone cares to play. The family party isn't till Sunday.

Shizzles, Babolat Pure Drive Plus Used at Tennis Warehouse for $90, bah, I refused to let my grubby hands on such a deal. Since I have a personal deal that I get $75 per week for daily chauffer services, I concluded that presents for Kressler and books are way more important at the moment, need to get two more books and return one book.
I'm off to SDSU for their meeting at 12:00 pm, and apparently they will be in a rush to finish it. Approximately one hour meeting of icebreakers, and telling of events and hanging at peoples houses that go to Long Beach, not bad. Heading back for John's party afterwards in Irvine.
I love my battery charger. Four 2000mAh batteries in under 15 min. These things last forever. I can actually use the view thing on the digi cam now and eat up all you want, cause I have four sets of 2. Muahaha.

Happy Chinese New Year! ^_^ v
LoL. Stop pegging me people. You imagine and assume too much for your own good. It's not like I've never been to a club before. I don't frequent clubs but I'm certainly not new to them either. And yes, I only turn 21 once so let's have some fun with it. Have any of you been to Miyagi's anyway? I think it'll be a first time for all the mokroopals if I'm correct o_O?
I need to make reservations soon. ...
As for tomorrow, I have no idea. It doesnt look like we'll be able to play tennis except maybe on sunday. Oh well, we'll figure something out. I think I have a family party to go to on Saturday. Red Envelopes are always a happy sight.

aiya! i've missed gavin, mayer, and the bachellorette!! argh, i should just give up tv altogether!
sorry kim, i'm sure you'll get in somewhere you're meant to be at, somewhere where you'll be with great people and with a good professor, you just weren't meant to be in any of those silly classes. no worries man, see, now you don't have to wake up at that early hour! =)
kress, i'm so glad things are going well =) maybe you can come in and teach my class for me =) lol.
miyagi's really? lol. i also did not have you pegged as a club go-er......but, then again, you only turn 21 once =).
well guys, whatever is planned for tomorrow, let me know...i've got meetings and a dinner, but i'll be around, so...call me! =)

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!! foiled 3 times in one day! so, i did not make the 5pm class either. to make it worse, the teacher said there was a tues/thurs class that wasn't full yet, but nobody knew about it because it wasn't in the schedule. bah! i'd go tomorrow to try and add it, but my parents said i might have to attend a family gathering for tet. boo!
interestingly enough, i ran into a fellow anteater. i've had her in quite a few of my classes at uci and today, we were both trying to get into the 5pm class. she told me she also tried last week at cerritos and failed. and now, since we both failed at cypress, i'll be seeing her at goldenwest too.
it's so stupid, there's so many people trying to add the class, they might as well open another one! stupid budget cuts or whatever the hell it is that's keeping me from this anatomy class!
i should've just tried to visit kress or lisa at school. i was up early enough. on another note, omg albert... what brought this on? i've never known you to be a drinker or a clubber... this is quite interesting. ah well, i'm down for miyagi's. =)
now i am off to cypress for the FOURTH time today for my american ethnicity class. i'm downing a red bull because the class is 3 hours long. hope i don't snooze away within the first hour.

Hurray for you Kressler! It's good to hear about your good teaching experiences. ^_^
It's ok, Kim. I know how you feel. There were 40+ people fighting for seats in Anatomy at my campus as well. Needless to say, I'm not taking anatomy. LoL, I was just talking to a friend how I have a 7:30 in the morning and I also used the phrase "ungodly hour." Waking up at 6:30 when you're still going to bed after 1 just isnt right. The sick thing is I might have 7:30 classes 4 times a week if I petition into a Poli Sci class. Let's see if I can find another class that will fulfill that requirement at a more desirable time. Oh yes, and happy chinese new year everyone. Anyway, none of this is why I'm blogging....
This is why I am blogging... It has been decided......
MIYAGI'S IT IS!!!!!!! w00t!!!!!

bah! once again, only 8:32am, but already a bad day!
so, i force myself to wake up at this ungodly hour to petition for 8am anatomy. i get there and there's at least 30 other people also trying to get into the class! the teacher does a lottery for 5 seats and seeing as how i never win lotteries, of course i didn't get in! so no, i must try for the 1pm class, which conflicts with psych, but i have a better chance of switching psych classes, so now i must return back to cypress and hope against hope that i'll get in next time. otherwise, i'm screwed like a mofo and will have to try at goldenwest next week.
will be back with update later.

so today i was a sub...i got to teach AP, Honors & Regular Biology today.. =)
my teacher gave me the topics, but i prepared my own lessons for the most part...i think the day went well. i've never taught AP & honors before so it was a little nerveracking...but that's ok. i feel much more at ease when i sub than when my teachers are in the room. i will not overestimate my teaching ability...but the students were all nice and said lots of encouraging things to me..
i think it was a great day... =)

muahaha...i won my john mayer poster on ebay. =)
but this does not compensate for the missed concert...february 21st...*sigh* =(
and i would also like to add...that after seeing cold mountain last nite...i heart jude law even more than before. and yes, the scene where he slammed the door to nicole kidman because he didn't have his shirt on was the cutest and my favorite of the movie... =)

It pretty much sucked to see flo in her state, I asked how she was and she just nodded and the others that were with me she just gave a nod and such, but she did actually talk, a bit of words, but I know for her it's hard to speak after the stroke and to get a right mind set, but at least she waved at me, in hopes that she still recognized me. I really didn't know what to ask her, but our other cabinet peeps went in two at a time, so they got to see her. I feel very sad for her, and I hope and pray that she will get better. I don't see her coming out for another 2-3 months. So yeah. Not much of a real visit like last year, it was just about 3 minutes and that's it, didn't know what else to say to her. =(
Hey Yall,
I just got back from San Diego. I was there quite a bit longer than I expected to be. Normally when relatives have parties it only lasts for one meal and there's some talking and catching up and then you go home. The expanse of this gathering included two meals plus all the talking and socializing you would expect. We actually brought our dog along. It seems like every Vietnamese person names their dog Lucky if they have a dog. Some other relatives apparently brought their dog Lucky as well. So yeah, I was there all day blah blah blah, yak yak yak =) Let me know if you guys have anything planned.

Good times, Lisa, good times.
Join myspace.com =p
So i've been played about two days of tennis. Wednesday and Friday mornings, and I feel like the worst shape of my life. I can't even win a game against the old timers there. Maybe my extra cargo is now taking it's toll.
Next week I have a bunch of meetings and going to hitch a ride for San Diego then drive to San Diego again. Yes, that's two times in Diego folks. UCSD and SDSU. Finishing the "PAC Campus Invasion" as I so named it. I'll will never ever do that again, to drive to other schools and attend their meetings. We went to Pomona (Smells like cows) and U$C (don't walk around the bad parts of Figueroa at night).
It took great spirit, but I now leave Everquest in hopes of finding Everquest 2 at the end of the year. I feel so burnt out, and then plenty of school to go around that it would be worthless to play during the semester.
I'm going to have practices from 6-9 pm and if need be practice on the weekend for our Pilipino Culture Night for April 4. That's a Sunday. Hope you guys can come to see me perform. I'm partaking a singing part, but I have to try out for it.
I confess I hate all wines, and probably the best thing for me is Frozen Margaritas.

i've just graded my first test that was 100% made by me...and this is probably one of the most depressing moments i've had teaching. out of 34 students who took the test...21 failed. 21!! 6 D's, 5 C's, 1 B & 1 A....absolutely horrifying to look at!
i've racked my brain thinking about the test...i went over it a lot...now i'm going to recheck the tests to make sure i graded correctly. i was pretty careful though and i don't think i made errors in the actual grading...and i thought the test was fair...and i asked my teacher and he said he thought it was fair...most of it was from his honors test, but i modified it with some easier questions...
i don't know...i need to think about this and talk to my teacher tomorrow. i know as a teacher i need to look at what i did, whether we taught effectively, whether the questions accurately reflect our teaching, and so on....but the students have a lot to do with it as well. i held a review at lunch and a lot of students admitted that they did not study very much, if at all...and some came in not even knowing we had a test. a lot of the ownership of these bad grades belong to the students and what they did to prepare...plus, the unit was broken up over the break...i don't know...there are lots of things to consider. it's just a sad note to end the night on i think... =(

shopping?!?! =) wah! =) what brought this on? =) ah, too bad i have a dentist appointment =( ... ah well, maybe next time...have fun guys!!! =)
guys, i'm beat...do you think teaching wasn't my calling? omg, just when i think i'm getting through to the kids...they start another battle with me. i can't understand! they all need to uphold their "macho" image in the room, but are absolute sweethearts outside of the classroom. today was just an uphill battle and they almost wore me down. i'm still trying to find "my way" of doing things...the way that is effective and still works for me...but it's taking me so long...=( i don' t know guys...i don't know. ah well, i'm off to type up a test...have a happy week guys. =)

today was an EXCELLENT substituting day!! my best yet...i was very happy =) the bio students have a test tomorrow on genetics and meiosis. i went over their review list and we played a review game...it seemed to go very well and they liked playing it. then in my general science class, we had a nice review and they did some genetics problems, with some candy to motivate them =) the kids were all great today, they were involved & participating in class...and i heard a lot of them say how they liked how i teach...some even asked if i was going to take over their classes at the semester, but i had to say no to them...hehe. it's just the best hearing from them that they think i'm a good teacher...even now, a new and inexperienced student teacher. they told me that i make biology more interesting...that even though i don't talk as much, they learn more from me...and that i explain things really well to them. it's just been a great day...and now, i must finish preparing my test for tomorrow and review a bit for class tomorrow...woot. =)

today i taught...and i think i was HORRIBLE!! booo me...
even before i taught the lesson, i felt like it wouldn't go well...and then after, i knew it didn't. i hate days like this...but i guess i was more tense than usual...i don't think i was prepared enough [not as overly prepared as usual]...i think i'm not comfortable with the material and how to present it...and there were other underlying factors...like concern for family/friends & their situations, being tired, etc.
well, my teacher also knew that it didn't go well for me...but was more concerned about how i felt and not how i actually did...he said that it happens to everyone and i shouldn't feel bad...and i'm going to make mistakes and that if i really thought this was my worst, i should do whatever it takes to not feel that way ever again...i told him the stuff going on and what was on my mind, and he seemed to understand why things may have happened the way they did and said it was ok.
i tend to make things out to be worse than they actually are, whenever i do things anyway...not with others. i don't think it was as bad as i thought it was and i'm sure i'm making too big a deal out of it...and that my students probably learned something and didn't think it was such a bad lesson...and my teacher agreed.
oh well, it's passed...i feel a bit better now...6th period perked me up a little and i just found out that darryl has 2 interviews for dental school on the east coast, at NYU and univ. of med. & dentistry at NJ...i'm happy for him.
but for every bad feeling about my teaching that i have, i'm going to think of something positive that has happened in my teaching...so here goes:
tuesday i subbed, but yesterday i didn't and apparently my other teacher had an IEP meeting for part of 2nd period and had a sub. in the room...anyways, one of the students from her 2nd period saw me at lunch and said, "hey ms. nguyen - why didn't you sub for her today?" i told him that it was only for part of the period, and they send their own sub...then the student says to me, "oh. well, you should have subbed today. [they were/it was] so boring.." - I thought that was so cool! a lot of times i think i'm pretty boring or the kids don't really listen, but i guess he was trying to say that maybe i'm not...so i am happy about that. =)
well, i've yadda'd enough...i'm at work killing time. the one day i show up on time, none of my students come!! grr...oh well...it was meant to be this way...hehe.
what's everyone doing this weekend? the only thing i have going on is andy's birthday party saturday afternoon...after that, i'm free. let's get together!! talk to you all soon.. =)

yey, more Vegas pics. Just what everyone wanted.
Like I said, I do not shop, for it is work unwanted. I changed my mind from Andy Roddick Black Reebok Figjams to the Adidas Barricade 2 because it has a durability warranty, and is much lighter. I already have stone feet and I do not need the extra weight to become even lazier to get to the ball. And since I've always trusted Adidas, I'm back to it again.
So my want list has been cut down of some sorts. No I'm just kidding. It's the same. except...
College Diploma is moved up to the top.
New Clothes
New Computer
More inspiring quote/fact books
Blank CD's
New Computer
Socks
New Casual Shoes
Another new Babolat Pure Drive Plus
Super Puzzle Fighter GBA
Screw the digi cam.
And that's all I have to blog.

Hehe, I never thought of Pat as the token white guy either. I wonder if he'll be reading the blog anytime soon =)
The best place to find shoes is definitely online. I've looked at a lot of places for a long time and they never have anything I like anymore. It's too bad things "go out of style" even if they're the type of things that should stick around for a while at the retail stores. Hehe, you seem like quite the shopper yourself, Roo. Hope you get the shoes you want at a good price. And yeah, I did hear that Britney Spears got married.
Ah, Red Flag. I get all the cool titles =) I'll enjoy this one while I still can.

today was an awesome day substituting...the classes were pretty good today, especially my regulars. 3rd period actually quieted down when i stopped talking...which didn't work before. and 6th period actually quieted down as well...and listened to what i said in class...even some nice conversation and banter with my "thugs."
my teacher knows all about you mokroopals...saw the vegas shenanigan pictures, knows what you look like and your names. and he has given the mokroopals titles to help remember...lol. it's great...i'll be very happy when open house rolls around and all can meet! =)
rodel = boyfriend
patrick = token white guy
kim = drunk robot
lisa = goofy upbeat girl
albert = red flag [cuz he's the young one and is red-flagged for not being 21]
ok, time to motor...it's late. =)

hooray for the mayer....it's ok, we'll just have to catch maroon 5 another time. Perhaps we have a new band to fall in love with =) lol
I don't have any regrets in vegas either...i enjoyed every minute of my time, and although perhaps I experienced some embarrassing moments, they're nothing I can't laugh about now (maybe =) ).
kim, when you recover from snowboarding...we all have to go!! =) ralphs is starting their $34 lift tickets tomorrow for mountain high =)
ah, and i finally reprinted the gavin pics, so guys, they're sitting on my dining table =) they'll be here this weekend if we have a chance to get together =)

Frosty Heidi and Frank were talking about how britney spears got hammered in Vegas and got married then got anulled, this true? I dunno, but anyways, I shall be off to Palm Springs on Friday. and then snowboard next tuesday with Jack, just to get out of the house, ack.
So I went shoe shopping. NO finding, for you all know I dislike shopping. I went to Hank Lloyds, Pete Martins, Sport Chalet, Sport Mart, Shoe Pavillion, Big 5, all disappointing choices. So I will have to buy off liine, always rely online for the good, hard to find stuff.
I also did some clothes finding, only Old Navy had a button down vertical shirt that I wanted which was 22.00, not on sale, but I went to Ross, Old Navy, Anchor Blue. I'm goign to try Aero, Banana, Gap sometime. I'm supposed to give Peter Aguila a haircut tomorrow in the evening. But then I have scheduled a hitting session with a couple of my peeps from Cypress Tennis Club, who are still talking trash as it is, but it's all keeping the competition and the interest up, so I haven't played with them for over 3 months, and I stink.
So that's all and a sore upper right arm from sawing trees today, I'm off to order soem tennis shoes, Reebok Figjams. The one Andy Roddick wears.

Feb 21st sounds like a good day for activities. So you can count me in... =)
Hehe, good to hear you had fun snowboarding Kim. At least some of us are getting good exercise and getting bruised up. >=D Rawr!
Time to download an mp3 for rainbow connection.... and off i go! wheee!
(It looks like i've doublespaced but in fact, each statement is its own paragraph!) @_@!

i never said i was embarassed or had any regrets about my little adventures in vegas... but some things are better left for me not to talk about. other people can talk about it for me ;) i will still be a drunken loon in the new year, no worries folks. it was definitely my best vegas trip... probably best trip ever!
hmm... new year's resolution... i'd say spend less, but that ain't gonna happen. excercise more? ha! be happy... already am. =) 2003 was actually a pretty good year for me. graduated from school, made lots of new friends (and whoa, i mean lots!), got a promotion at work (although, still on strike, so boo-urns), turned 21, and many other wonderful things... all in addition to a great ending in vegas. i toast to an equally if not better 2004.
hehe, i wrote the date down with 03 the other day. nope, doesn't feel like 04 quite yet.
i went snowboarding yesterday. i now have bruises on many joints and my ass hurts like hell. i rented stuff at sport chalet in long beach and guess what happens? we forget to bring it on the mountain!!!! i thought my friend would take care of it, but he did not... but it was also partially my fault since i should take care of my own stuff. ack, so sad. i had to rent stuff again at the mountain. despite the tragicness of it all, i still had fun. at the end of the event, after two hours of eating snow, i FINALLY was able to stop without falling on my ass. woot! i think my next trip will be even more successful.
lalalala later all. it's weird not falling asleep to your guys' snoring, but i'm slowly getting used to it. =)
hmm... new year's resolution... i'd say spend less, but that ain't gonna happen. excercise more? ha! be happy...

The Gentleman Assassin does not divulge what not need be known =) But yes, I do wander a bit much. I'll try to be home a little bit more often from now on though so getting in touch with me will be easier. There's always so much to be done no matter where I am.
I've never really had new year's resolutions. This year won't be any different. =) Is it me or does it not quite feel like 2004 yet?
If you had such an incredible time in Vegas than why do you wish to hide and bury those memories? >=) Life has its guilty pleasures. No need to be ashamed of having fun. Regrets aren't fun so don't ruin a good trip with regrets which will rob you of your past. =)
And yeah, we need to play tennis more often. It's been so long since I or my racket have had any exercise. And unlike my racket, I have a six plate challenge to work off ( O_O ) You might want to wait until later into 2004 (around summer actually) before making any computer purchases. This is a big year for technology. 90nm process, PCI Express, SATA standard, new gpu cores, 64-bit processing, and 64-bit software to match the hardware.... Yeah, if that means anything to you, you'd be anxious too.

ahhh, kress, i love your resolve =) =) =) =) =) =) ok, ok =)
i as well have not made any traditional "resolutions" ... perhaps clean up a bit more =) lol...but other than that...i figure i can resolve things as life gives me lemons =) *glass of lemonade iced tea* yum =)
as for vegas....ah, we had fun fun fun =). and scandalous stories shall remain in the vaults of our memories, only to be expunged on special occasions which call for humiliation =) wait...i take that back...=) let's just forget the actual events and just speak about how in general we had an incredible time =) lol
you know, we spent so much time together, i feel void w/o you guys now! =) lol...i miss you! =) and albert, we haven't seen you this year!! lol, although i hear an awful lot about you being mia...where do you vanish off to....=)
ok...here's a resolution...this year...i resolve to...be more open minded and try new things =) so...let's get to it! =)

those of us who have nothing to be embarrassed about don't need to go by the *what happens in vegas, stays in vegas* rule...hehe =)
i know the thing to do at the new year is to make a resolution, but sometimes i think that making a resolution means that you think there's some sort of void in your life or that something is wrong with you...because most resolutions are to lose weight or to stop smoking...which are good things, but sort of concentrate on the negatives in your life. so instead of focusing on negative imagery, i will say this...
i resolve to be my happiest, try my hardest, spread love/joy/peace, and smile as often as possible...
a new study has shown that we don't smile because we are happy...we are happy because we smile...so smile bright everyone! =)

We need to play some tennis. =)
Today Starting at 10 am, I cleaned, vacuumed my room, arraned my shelf, dusted off the dust crap, threw away junk, vacuumed my car, washed clothes, played American Wedding while cleaning, arranged my cd-roms, arranged my bookshelf, sorted out my pictures, installed a hard drive, threw away more junk, played NBA2k on Dreamcast, played Everquest on computer, bought some Rally's Bacon Swiss Bufords, 2 for $4, put stuff into my new wallet, worked on new lbpac.com stuff, posted pictures on mokrooton.com.

Ummm... I'm right here I suppose. ^_^
I'll have to drop by some time so I can finish off the rest of my film before MJ gets mad at me @_@ I don't think I have any scandalous stories =( Hehehe, but then again, I'm sure I can state things in ways that seems scandalous. I think the most scandalous thing I did was pull the free slot and try to redeem my cards only to be stopped by the lady and the promotion center and carded.... BOOO GETTING CARDED! Damnit... next time I'm breakin out the Armani.... Grrrrrrrrr! >=l
Crazy job with the pictures Rodel. You put those things up pretty fast. Big hugs to all and Moriarty waves hello as well!
