Awww... it's ok kress. It's understandable. Just conserve money for now and try to get those credit card bills off your back. Just a lil bit of money management goes a long way =) I'm sure you'll be fine if you just count the pennies. Anyway, let's figure out plans for this weekend. Oh yes, in other news, I got my car stereo workin again so I'm happy. I had to go to the honda dealership in order to get my stereo's anti theft code but once that was done taking everything apart and putting it back together was simple enough. YAY! I GET TO LISTEN TO THE GOOD STUFF AGAIN! w00ters! I also bought the Mayumi Kojima cd.... I remember blogging about that a while ago... she was the one who sung the song "hatsukoi" which was played in the nintendo commercials that they usually showed at the theaters... good stuff.

i think it will be easy to decide who is out...because i think it will have to be me.

my credit card bill is so high, i don't know if i can afford to even pay it... =( so i must really conserve money. i don't think i can go to mraz or sondre or ben kweller because i have no money. sorry to everyone...i've already bought tickets to the other concerts otherwise i would back out of one of the mayer concerts too....grr.

bad news guys, the presale thing only let me purchase tickets for a max of four people... i tried to go back and get 1 extra ticket, but that last one ended up in a different section so i passed on it. sadness :( however, 6/20 is still available for whomever misses out. we'll all discuss this next time we meet.

Ooh.. "In Living Color" first season? I'd opt for that if I were you. Yeah, Love Actually was a good movie as well. It had it's nice little quirks like Hugh Grant dancing, a guest appearance by Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean), and the eccentric rock star.

Good god (it's fun saying things like god and hell when you're an atheist).... now that you guys put everything in perspective... that is a lot of concerts. Ok.. you guys are going to have to refresh my memory on what concerts I'm going to....

I know I'm going to see one of the maroon 5 concerts.. or so I believe... and I know I'll see both Mraz concerts.... I'm going to miss the mayer concerts unfortunately... and I think I might want to see the kweller concert (he supposedly rocks but I'll have to see about that)...but I'm going to have to pass on Sondre. Yeah, I'm going to need a memory refresher for the maroon 5 concerts.

That reminds me... we have two b-days coming up in the next few months... I've already begun planning! I know what to get you people.. bwahaha!

i think we have gone concert insane...john mayer twice...maroon 5 three times...ben kweller and sondre lerche..that's 5 all together.

are we going to mraz on 6/20 too? that's a lot of concerts. 6/16 is my last official day at katella...teacher day after the last day of school. i can go to those concerts...it might be a good stress reliever. =)

I am so sorry kress...shows what a booger of a friend I've been, completely oblivious to all the chaos that's been running rampant in your life as of late. I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better and just know, that anytime you need a good ear to listen or a giant shoulder to cry on, I'm here anytime day or night =).

This weekend was great guys =) good eats, good drinks, good movies, good friends =) couldn't have gotten any "gooder" =) Just think guys...april is coming quickly to a close and soon, we'll be into the marvelous month of may...meaning, june is just around the corner and school is almost done!! =) i'm sure we can all rejoice for the end of our academic years! =) hooray!

any plans for this weekend? it might be nice to unwind...

you may not have been aware, but the past couple of weeks i have been depressed. i feel an immense amount of pressure on me and i haven't quite been myself lately. i'm starting to feel a bit better though and i hope that i will soon be restored to my old self. here's the week that was...the worst week i've had in quite a while...
the week is over...and today i felt better. i actually ended up leaving early yesterday [around lunchtime] because i was really having a miserable day. my teachers were super nice about it...and having an emotional breakdown during 2nd period certainly would not look good to the CCR people...who were merciless i guess. our school tried to prepare us for what they would ask...and turns out they asked stuff that we didn't know they were going to ask. it was good i wasn't there...because with the day i was having and them watching my 6th period and all...good grief, that would have been crazy.

anyways, the reason i felt so cruddy yesterday was because the whittier district interviewed a bunch of people from class for science positions...they were at the job fair. and it looks like they called in just about everyone except for me...with the others they interviewed, 4 people got jobs...erika[?], brenda, sarah and nayif...i know i am a good teacher, but they didn't think i was even good enough to call for an interview. i got a letter saying thank you for my interest and they encouraged me to send in my application...anyways, after i found that out in class wednesday, i just felt like the biggest LOSER ever. i started crying in class the next day during 2nd because i looked absolutely sad and depressed...when my teacher kept pressing me as to what was wrong, my tears flowed and it was pretty obvious that i needed time off. this is seriously the first day i have ever felt like not coming to school and not wanting to teach...that feeling never happens, but it did thursday.

my teachers are the best...i can never thank them enough. so...after i had a good cry and all, i felt better. i baked cookies and returned to school today with a smile...a lot of students and staff were concerned for me...such a nice atmosphere...it really is like a family at school. it makes me even more sad that i will be leaving...

i don't want people to give me advice...i don't want to hear the rationality of others...it may be a silly thing to cry over, but it's mine to cry over...so just let me be sad over it. i'm gradually getting over it and nothing anyone else says really impacts how i feel...only what i do does. things will be fine...i actually didn't want to work in whittier...and i believe that it wasn't right for me.. this all happened for a reason and i know that it will make sense to me later on...but until then, that's all i have to say about that.

what did you guys think of PCN? I hoped you like it I wasn't even nervous at all and I didn't notice we were at almost full capacity. Maybe I was born an entertainer. hahah.

Rosarito, was Las Vegas New Years for three days, and it was hella good food, BETTER THAN ALBERT TACOS. Whoa, that statement I cannot comprehend, then we went to the flea market and some of my peoples jacked some stuff while bargaining for items, we got some VIP treatment at this one club, and then it was all about the unlimited drinks where I was never hammered, just a bit buzzed, but for reals I was lonely, I wish my hunny came. But no one noticed it, I kinda left the club after about half an hour when the party was just about to start after having 6 drinks (margarita, Long Island Ice Tea, Fuzzy Navel, Vodka/Cranberry, Tequilla Sunrise, Screw Driver) off of the 11 drink menu, to sob in the room from lonliness, then our vacation leader almost got arrested casue the club demanded more money, any time that happens, you have to bribe the cops with money. It's funny cause the room we were at super loud music was playing and the walls were vibrating, I'm tired of club music and never heard of mexican music at all. Taking a shower was pretty crappy, nice clouded water. Eventually people came into our room and being silly, nothing scandalous happened in our room but it was outside our room cause our room is the stand up story room, we had a three floor party. We drank Bacardi Lemon, Barcardi Superior that was 3 bucks for the little bottle, yeah it's 10 pesos = 1 dollar, but we all payed in dollars, we drank all these drinks with Tampico, that was funny, I had about 4 of those, and drank some that didn't finish. I'm clean yo. But I'm sick from shouting mindlessly. It wasn't funny when my car overheated twice yesterday cause the water pump is messed up and it's at the shop right now. but I came home nervously. Now I'm at home and resting up and checking on comments about PCN and plenty of after comments about Rosarito. One of the girls from the school newspaper wants to write about us, so I had to email her all the stuffs which took a long while. So yeah that's it.

Bah, Albert is going to Asia, that means you won't make it to the July 10th Bonfire?

it's been a crazy week...lots of stuff has happened, i have a ton of work and tomorrow i'm off to sacramento. unfortunately i am a little tired now and still need to finish up my packing and what to take with me...but i guess i have some good news to report right now...

this past tuesday was the job fair at fullerton...a bunch of districts were there and a lot of them seemed to like science teachers and encouraged us to apply to their districts. i had one on-site interview with downey and yesterday they called me in for another interview...so after a long weekend in sacramento, i'm off to downey in the morning to interview for a science position in middle school.

Ochem was pretty interesting today. We actually had the dean lecture us for ochem since our regular teacher had to go to the ACS convention. I got a free periodic table poster too. I have lots of plans for today so I'll definitely be keeping busy.

Yeah, I made blue martini's on saturday using that blue raspberry mix that Lisa bought recently. I ended up drinking about 3 of them (not all of them were made by me or for me but for some reason or another they ended up in my hands). I also tried an amaretto sour and a fuzzy navel (what a funny name for a drink). I'm just glad you didnt have anything to drink before you gave me my haircut roo.. hehe.. I still think I would prefer Jamba juice to alcohol. I think Jamba juice gives me more of a buzz ^_^

I too was getting drunk... which is probably why I'm sick now. Got drunk on Friday, got wasted on Saturday. I actually think I'm sick because of Karmic payback. Last week, I skipped class with the excuse that I was sick, when in reality I only had a headace and was tired. This week, I really am sick, but I must go to class for I cannot miss another day. Bah... The illness began with a fever and sore throat and now has become a painful dry cough with a decongested nose.

so I'm glad my sorrows are now gone and the month of March is over, it must have been one of the most depressing months for me ever in my life, but now that April is here, there's things to look forward to and goals to attain.

We have about 700+ in the audience and hopefully it will get sold out (1000) cause LONG BEACH PCN's rock. It was award winning last year and we are vying for an award this year, not to mention a nomination for club of the year.
