hey everyone...

i just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all your care and concern. here's an update of what's happened...

late friday nite i was nauseas had excruciatingly pain in my lower stomach...i've never felt pain like that ever. my mom and rodel took me to the er where it seemed like i waited forever. they took 4 tubes of blood, a urine sample, a pelvic exam and put an IV in me...rodel stayed there the whole nite...it was supposed to be a special nite for his birthday but he ended up holding my hair back while i threw up and held my hand through the pain...the best boyfriend ever. =) sorry for the bad birthday hunny...i'll make it up to you as soon as i'm better.. =)

i guess i the er they knocked me out with a heavy dose of painkillers, cuz i have no more pain...but starting saturday through til now i had a fever. saturday i just thought i'd sleep it off so the majority of the day i spent in slumber, getting up occasionally to go to the bathroom...sorry i missed all the bonfire fun. let's have another when i'm all better...hopefully it will be soon =)

on sunday my mom became worried with my fever and me sleeping all the time, so we went to my uncle's doctor's office for him to look at me. he said that with my fever and the slight pain in my right middle back, the infection spread to my kidneys..nephritis. he gave me stronger antibiotics and said if i didn't feel better today, then to come back and he'd give me IV antibiotics. thankfully, i do feel a little better. i have a bit more energy and my fever has lowered. i've been taking his antibiotics and advil to help with the fever and back pain...so i feel a little better, but my back still hurts a bit. last nite was horrible though...a fever all nite and trying to sleep on my stomach or with a pillow under my back to keep my back from hurting. at some point during the nite i woke up and all my pillows were soaked from my sweat as my fever went down.

and today i feel slightly better...still weak and tired, but at least i can stay awake partially...thanks to everyone...i feel better with all the love and support around me...especially to lisa for the nice flowers and to rodel for coming to visit me. hopefully in the nex couple of days i will get better...if i'm up to it tomorrow, i will go back to work. thanks again everyone, and let's hope for the best..
